Job Description

The main duties will be working in the finance office supporting the finance manager. Working with job files, entering warranty information and processing all payment types. You will also build job files to support the sales staff in all departments PV, HVAC, Generators, Solar Pool and Windows.

Responsibilities

  • Build install packets for all departments
  • Update sales boards from run sheets
  • Rebate submittals to utility companies and vendors
  • Email Inbox management / Outlook
  • Miscellaneous data entry
  • Follow up management
  • Back up coverage of Reception desk

Qualifications

  • Be a strong team player
  • Work with a good attitude wanting to learn
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills (basic Excel, Google sheets)
  • Desire to exceed customer’s expectations
