Job Description
We have an Immediate need for "Sales Associates" to Represent our company and products in Multiple Costco locations, Big Box stores, and on our Canvass Team in the Greater Sacramento area. Sierra Pacific is a fast-paced home improvement company that has been serving our clients since 1984. We are dedicated to finding solutions from HVAC, Water Refinement, Water Heaters, Solar Pool Heating, Windows and Doors, Generators, Solar Electricity, and much more.
This position offers flexible scheduling, an excellent working environment, and provides the opportunity for advancement into a Sales Career Path. Responsibilities
- Communicate product key features and promotions to customers and home owners
- Accurately and efficiently collect customer information, and relay all pertinent information to the New Equipment department for booking
- Ask customers qualifying questions to develop new lead opportunities
- Engage in product trainings and demonstrations to enhance the customer experience opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Work with a good attitude wanting to learn
- Motivated to hit performance metrics
- Ability to handle physical workload, including standing up to 4 hours
