Job Description

If you are highly motivated to enter an HVAC Installation team that is organized, experienced, and focuses on craftsmanship, you have found your best opportunity! The Crew Chief position leads a team and is primarily responsible for the craftsmanship for the job. The Crew Chief is responsible for the clean and careful assembly, construction, and commissioning of residential heating and air conditioning equipment. This position is specifically for the Journeyman level tradesman.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and electrical work
• Gas line installation and connection
• Sheet metal assembly, duct work installation and modification
• Present self and team to client in a clear, polite, and respectful manner
• Complete installations in a timely manner, leave clean and orderly work area, and collect payment and fill out paperwork properly

Qualifications

• (3) Years Lead Installer Experience minimum
• HVAC Trade School a plus
• EPA Certification
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Desire to exceed customer’s expectations
• Clean DMV record and Driver’s license required
• Drug-free workplace
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs
