"Thank you very much for a job well done in the replacement of our home heating and air conditioning system November 19-21. We chose Sierra Pacific after getting a number of proposals from reputable companies, and we ultimately were not disappointed in selecting you for the job. Sales rep Patrick Larscheid gave an informative presentation and answered all of our questions. He also returned our phone calls promptly and kept us updated on the possibility of getting the installation done by Thanksgiving, which you were able to do. And we appreciate that he called a week after the job to ask how the system was working and if we had any questions. Installation manager Mike Baker also did an excellent job of determining the best system design for our Old Land Park home, which had some problems because of its age (nearly 100 years old). Upon completion of the job, Mike gave us an orientation on how to operate the new system and also went over the paperwork we'd have to complete for rebates, etc. He also returned two weeks later to get our signature for the SMUD rebate and to photograph the new system. The other installation crew members, Steve Lee, Jude Dantes and Matt Ball, were also courteous and professional, and they did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day. When we chose Sierra Pacific, we were looking for an honest, reputable company that would do a good job, communicate well and leave us comfortable with recommending it to others. You did all of these things."

"I want to let you know how pleased I am with EVERY aspect of my new Lennox HVAC system, which your company installed in July of this year! You were extremely thorough in your assessment of my heating and cooling needs, and in your explanation of the installation process. You also explained the SMUD financing program and associated benefits as well.

You're installation crew, headed by Mike Baker, arrived as scheduled, and were very professional and thorough in all aspects of the installation. The area in which the air handler was to be installed was difficult to access and the space itself was barely big enough to contain the equipment, but Mike did it! He kept me informed each step of the way. The entire crew was very professional. And they did a great job of cleaning up after the installation! When the City Inspector came to do the final inspection, he actually remarked that he had never seen a system so professionally installed, and that it was one of the best installations he had ever seen! That certainly added to my confidencelevel! One last note: As you know, my home is all-electric. The SMUD bill I received last month previous to the installation of the new system was $99.12, and the A/C had only been running sporadically during that month (partly because it wasn’t as hot as subsequent months and partly because it was on its last legs!): the SMUD bill I received for the month following the installation (during which time we had many 100+degree days, therefore greatly increasing A/C usage) was $56.13! You had indicated to me that the efficiency of the new unit could reduce my electric bill by 30 – 40%, and you were RIGHT ON! Thank you so much for your assistance throughout this entire process, Patrick! I will certainly recommend your company to any of my friends who need HVAC service."

"We just wanted to drop a note and say how glad we are that we chose Sierra Pacific for our solar project. Your company came very recommended and lived up to all our expectations. We had done some research on solar but weren’t fully educated on the subject. By the time Kirk left we felt confident in what we were doing.

He explained pretty much every angle & if he didn’t have the answer it was just a phone call away and he found out. He gave us options, ideas, and basic fundamentals to make our decision on what system to get. Then your engineer Dan came out reviewed, verified and explained to us in more detail where the panels should go and why, explained about the inverter location and its function. He listened to what we had to say and we came to an acceptable conclusion and we were on our way.

Mike called to set up a date to our convenience and bright and early October 22 Jose and his crew were here. He chatted with us a bit and confirmed what we had decided on and then they went to work with such efficiency. Of course we had several questions along the way and he took the time to explain in language we could understand.

What a great crew your company has, from the start until now.

When Kirk went back to the office and submitted our request he found out PG&E rebate was a different amount then he had quoted to us, but your company compromised and split the cost with us, that was amazing and then when we got the actual paperwork back from PG&E after the project was finished it had gone up a little and your company refunded us with the difference. What more could you ask for.

In November when we had the first rain we noticed a slight leak and called Mike, he sent Jose out within a couple of days to check it out, as it turned our it wasn’t directly related to the installation but he knew how to fix it and did so with no questions asked, again amazing team work.

I have recommended your company to several friends and family members and with no hesitation if we are in need of any of your services you will get a call from us.

It was way over 100 degrees and the house was like a furnace inside. Since it was past 5pm I called you emergency number and a technician was dispatched to my home within an hour. My husband is handicapped and cannot tolerate high heat or extreme cold.

Mr. John Harvey was Johnny-on-the-spot and was able to get the house cooled in no time. It seems that the breaker outside was overheating and needed to be replaced.
