Plumber (Plumbing Service Technician)
Pay Scale: Annual $100k-150k+

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential plumbing service calls with a focus on diagnosing customer issues, presenting solutions, and executing quality work.
- Conduct installations and repairs, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and re-piping of water lines.
- Drain cleaning and jetting equipment operation, as well as using a sewer camera for diagnostics.
- Solder or pro-press copper pipes and mega press gas pipes.
- Repair copper, cast-iron, PVC, ABS, and galvanized piping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle while projecting a professional, well-groomed appearance.
Daily Duties:
- Prepare equipment and tool lists for each job.
- Diagnose, repair, or replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, and water heaters.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Follow customer instructions carefully while documenting work performed through photos and written details.
- Collect customer signatures and complete necessary paperwork.
- Work safely from elevated surfaces and ladders as needed.

- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and clear communication at all times.
- Clean DMV record and Driver’s License Required
- Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50lbs
