Always on time and professional. Great people. They check out my solar for the pool twice a year. They installed initially in 2006 and have taken down when we replaced the roof in 2014. Great service always!!!

They installed a full Photovoltaic solar panel system w/battery backup. Very professional and kept me in the loop at all times. Seamless install and state of the art products that will provide us the security of cost savings and never being "In the Dark!" Keeps our internet, well pump, cameras, TVs, refrigerator etc. going when power is out! Great job guys!

Long time Sacramento resident and having used many different companies before to save a few dollars - TRUST ME - Sierra Pacific is the best value in town. Don't learn the hard way. We had a major service / equipment install and we were absolutely amazed. We have been customers of Sierra Pacific for the past 2 years now. I'm updating my review to let you know how good the quality and service really is. 2 months after our warranty was over we experienced a mechanical issue. Sierra Pacific came out, diagnosed, and returned with replacement part and after reviewing our service agreement, they informed me they would cover the part and labor. I will say my extended service agreement possibly helped with this service agreement but at the end of the day they saved me hundreds of dollars, thank you!

We had a great experience with Javier, Jack, and Mike as they installed our new AC and heating units. They were punctual, respectful, friendly, and didn't waste time. They had great communication skills and followed through with whatever they said they'd do. They kept things clean while working and did a very good job at cleaning everything up at the end of each day. We were pleased with their work.

Sierra Pacific's entire crew was excellent. From the design process with Blake to the extremely professional and polite installation crew. Tanner, Mike, and Brent replaced our entire system and installed a new one in under 2 days. Work was fast and extremely professional. Tanner ensured that I understood how to operate the new system and set up the comfort care app on my phone with me. I would recommend this company and especially this crew any day of the week.

Sierra Pacific is a well known company with a great reputation so I chose them for my new A/C system. From the design specialist Joji, to the installation team Nick and Kevin, they represented excellence in every way possible. The installation was done on time and was above and beyond my expectations. Very professional and friendly. They explained the process and answered any questions I had. Upon completion they cleaned up everything, and helped me set up my thermostat, and showed me how to work everything. They didn't mind when my dogs wanted to get to know them! Lol. I tried to keep them out of the way but my dogs liked Kevin and Nick. I am very pleased with the job and would highly recommend them and this company to anyone. Their reputation of quality shows in every aspect of the workmanship they do. I am so happy that I chose to use this company.

We needed to replace our HVAC and ducting. I contacted 5 local companies. We chose Sierra Pacific through Costco. The first contact Chris was very informative and explained the system and saving going through Costco. The crew was exceptional. They were on time and communicated daily with use. What they were going to do and at the end of day what was done. Always asked if we had any questions. They kept the house clean. They also met the completion date. Using Costco and their purchasing program made them our choice! A satisfied customer!

I had a a service tech by the name of Paul K. come out to install a smoke alarm that was needed. At that time he noticed we also needed CO and installed. I told him I wasn't happy with the way the new filter looked in the ceiling. He immediately took the time to install and finish off properly. He did not have to call and "get approval" he did it on his own and in one appointment all was done with ease. Thank you Sierra Pacific for giving your techs the autonomy to see and evaluate when something needs to be fixed/adjusted. Paul was extremely capable, and polite with pleasant personality, An excellent employee.
