The effects of the pandemic linger on…

Dear Sierra Pacific Client,

It’s been more than a year since our world changed dramatically.

Coronavirus.

We’ve found ways to deal with it, but the impacts are lasting.

I just want to share how I and the Sierra Pacific team personally choose to respond to threats, and share some things that might be helpful to you.

We don’t let fear control us. 

It’s very likely that if you’re reading this, we’ve done work for you at your home or you’ve seen us at a Home Show. Maybe you’ve seen our Big Red Trucks and called us out to give you an estimate in the past.

We earn our living by serving as craftsmen and service professionals to Sacramento area homeowners who make improvements to their energy and comfort systems. 

We have learned to operate to keep our clients and our team members safe. We choose to serve. And we continue to serve today.

We know that water heaters will break – and we will be there. We know utility power outages will occur and our clients will want whole-home standby generators or solar batteries – we will be there. We know that air conditioners need regular maintenance and the filters replaced – we will be there. *P.S. Our friendly craftsmen will still do all these things to continue serving you, our clients, using important COVID safety protocols so you and your family can feel safe having us do the important work at your home.

The message: we don’t let fear drive our decisions. We will adapt and evolve and still be safe and successful.

This too shall pass.

Nothing is ever as bad or as good as it seems. All things in life are temporary.

The Sacramento area is strong and a good local economy. The trials and challenges will pass, they always do.
